A Letter From Your Host

Ten days. One small group.
The Morocco only locals know.

This isn’t a tour bus and a checklist. It’s an invitation into the Morocco I grew up in — the medinas where I know the shopkeepers by name, the desert camp where the silence will undo you, the riads I’ve personally chosen because they feel like home.

From the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca to the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, the towering walls of Todra Gorge to the bustling souks of Marrakech — this is the journey I’ve designed for travelers who want more than photographs. I want you to leave with stories.

— Fadoua Atif

Day By Day

Your Ten-Day Journey

From the Atlantic coast to the heart of the Sahara and back through the Atlas — every day a new chapter, every chapter unforgettable.

Day 01
08 NOVEMBER · CASABLANCA

Arrival

— Where it all begins
Your Moroccan adventure begins in Casablanca, Morocco’s vibrant economic capital. After settling in, we visit the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque — one of the largest mosques in the world, standing majestically at the edge of the Atlantic. We share our first dinner together as a group, setting the tone for the eight days ahead.

Day 02
09 November · Chefchaouen

The Blue Pearl

— Into the Rif Mountains
We journey north through the Moroccan countryside toward the magical blue town of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Along the way, we stop for lunch and scenic views before arriving in one of Morocco’s most photogenic towns. Spend the evening wandering through blue-washed alleyways, artisan shops, rooftop cafés, and quiet hidden corners that feel frozen in time.
Day 03
10 November · Fes

Imperial City

— Into the spiritual heart
After a slow morning in Chefchaouen, we continue to Fez, Morocco’s spiritual and intellectual capital. Upon arrival, we begin exploring the ancient medina — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — with a guided walking tour through its maze-like streets, vibrant souks, and hidden courtyards. We end the day with a traditional Moroccan dinner inside a beautiful riad.
Day 04
11 November · Fes

Full Immersion

— Fes el-Bali, all day
A full day dedicated to discovering the magic of Fes. We visit the legendary tanneries, ancient madrasas, artisan workshops, and hidden neighborhoods where traditions have remained unchanged for centuries. Lunch is served inside the medina before free time to shop, relax, or sip mint tea on a rooftop overlooking the city.
Three people sit on the ground at night around a campfire with a metal kettle, enjoying Sahara Desert Camping. This just one amazing experience you can find on Morocco private tours
Day 05
12 November · Sahara Desert

The Magic Night

— A sky full of stars
The journey south takes us through the Middle Atlas Mountains, cedar forests, and palm-filled valleys before reaching the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. At sunset, we ride camels into the heart of the Sahara before arriving at our luxury desert camp. Dinner is served under an endless sky full of stars, followed by music around the campfire.
Day 06
13 November · Todra Gorge

Into the Wild

— Where the canyon walls rise
We rise with the Sahara sun before continuing toward the spectacular Todra Gorge. Towering canyon walls rise dramatically above us as we explore the gorge and surrounding palm groves. Along the way, we share a home-hosted lunch experience with a local family in the valley — one of the most authentic moments of the journey.
Day 07
14 November · Aït Benhaddou & Atlas Mountains

Ancient Kasbahs

— The road of a thousand stories
Today we travel through the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs before arriving at the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou, Morocco’s most iconic fortified village and the backdrop of countless films and series. We then cross the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass on our way to Marrakech.
Day 08
15 November · Marrakech

The Red City

— Energy, color, and chaos
Today is dedicated to exploring the magic of Marrakech. With a local guide, we discover Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, colorful souks, hidden riads, spice markets, and the legendary Jemaa el-Fna square. The evening is yours to enjoy rooftop dining, live music, or simply wandering through the medina at your own pace.
A busy outdoor market in Marrakech at night, covered with red tarps and illuminated by numerous lights, with many people shopping and socializing at various stalls—a scene you’ll experience with a Morocco Travel Agency like Morocco Travel Planner
Day 09
16 November · Marrakech

Slow Morocco

— A day to live, not rush
A slower day designed to experience Marrakech beyond sightseeing. Sleep in, enjoy breakfast at the riad, shop for treasures in the souks, relax with a hammam spa experience, or join optional activities such as a Moroccan cooking class or hot air balloon ride. This day is intentionally left with space — because Morocco is best felt slowly.
Day 10
17 November · Marrakech

Farewell Morocco

— Until next time
Our final morning together. Depending on your flight time, enjoy one last mint tea, a final walk through the medina, or some last-minute shopping before airport transfers. You leave with a full heart, unforgettable memories, and friendships formed across deserts, mountains, and medinas.

Not Ready to Go Home?

We didn’t think so. Morocco has one more secret to share — and it’s worth staying for. Three more nights, the Atlantic coast, and one last evening in Marrakech.

Add At Booking or Anytime Before Departure
Night 1 & 2
Essaouira

The Blue & White Jewel of the Atlantic

Just three hours from Marrakech, Essaouira feels like a different world entirely. Ancient ramparts overlooking crashing waves. A medina so relaxed the hustle of the previous week feels like a dream. Fresh seafood grilled right at the harbour. Wind-swept beaches that stretch as far as your eyes can see.

We visit a women-run argan oil cooperative — meeting the Berber women behind one of Morocco’s most precious treasures, and understanding the craft passed down through generations.

“Essaouira doesn’t dazzle you. It disarms you. And that’s exactly the point.”

Night 3
Marrakech

One Last Night in the Red City

Return to Marrakech for a final evening entirely on your own terms. Sleep in. Wander the souks at your own pace. Pick up last-minute gifts for the people back home.

Sit on a rooftop terrace with a mint tea and watch the sun set over the medina one final time. A slow, beautiful farewell to Morocco.

Behind the Tour

Hi, I’m Fadoua

Your Local Expert · Founder · Native Moroccan

Born and raised in a small village in Morocco, my journey into the world of travel started long before I founded this company. With a deep love for my homeland and a passion for showcasing its hidden beauty, I’ve dedicated my career to curating extraordinary journeys that go beyond the typical tourist experience.

This trip is the one I’d take with my closest friends — the riads I sleep in, the family I’d have you over for dinner, the souk vendors who’d offer you tea before they’d ever sell you a rug. I personally lead every group. There is no handoff to a third-party guide. It’s just me, you, and Morocco.

“You’ll arrive as a solo traveler and leave with a family.”

Common Questions

Everything You Want to Know

Absolutely. Morocco welcomes millions of visitors every year, and traveling with a native guide makes all the difference. With me by your side, you’ll move through every medina, souk, and desert camp with complete confidence. I personally ensure every member of our group feels safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the entire journey.

November is one of the best times to visit Morocco. Expect warm, sunny days (20–25°C / 68–77°F) and cool, comfortable evenings. The summer heat has passed, the crowds have thinned, and the light is absolutely beautiful. Perfect conditions for exploring — and for photos.

100% yes — and many of our travelers do. One of the most beautiful things about a small group journey is the friendships that form along the way. You’ll arrive as a solo traveler and leave with a family.

This trip is suitable for most fitness levels. There are active days — including a hike through Todra Gorge and walking tours of the medinas — but nothing extreme. If you can walk comfortably for 2–3 hours, you’ll be absolutely fine. Just bring comfortable shoes!

Citizens of most Western countries (USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia) do not require a visa for stays under 90 days. We recommend checking the entry requirements for your specific nationality before booking. We’re happy to advise.

Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers on this trip. It must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation. We recommend purchasing your policy as soon as you book. Need help choosing one? Just ask.

You’re responsible for booking your own international flights to Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN). A complimentary arrival transfer to the group hotel is included on Day 1. Details will be shared upon booking.

Yes! You can add the 3-night Essaouira & Marrakech extension at the time of booking or any time before the trip. Just reach out to Fadoua directly and she’ll take care of everything.
